Double Cone Blender we provide is mainly used for mixing dry powder, abrasives and granules homogeneously. The blender name is derived from its body shape. Two cones are welded to a cylindrical portion to form double cone container.Trunions are welded to the central cylindrical portion at opposite ends which rotate in sturdy spherical roller bearing housings/pedestals. The blender is rotated at slow RPM because of which the entire mass is tumbled along the angle of the cone resulting in cris crossing of the material to produce a uniform mix. Separately driven internal lump breakers and spraying arrangement can be provided for breaking of lumps and agglomerates.All the contact parts of this blender are made of highest quality stainless steel. It is extensively used by various industries for it's hassle free functions.
