MIXING ELEMENTS : These are elements with lens shaped cross-section of modular design and are mounted on twin shafts rotating in each leg of inverted W container. The profile of mixing element is such that while rotating in the same direction each blade wipes the surface of the corresponding mixing element on the other shaft as also the container inside, thus providing self cleaning action. The action of these mixing elements causes continuous variation in volume between the agitator blades and the barrel. This alternate compression and suction on the ingredients created by the mixing elements, achieves thorough mixing and kneading action and makes the material move backward and forward. Mixing elements of various designs are supplied to suit different requirements of mixing, Kneading, shearing and retention time.

Applications: - Fabdecon Continuous Processor can be used for medium to high viscosity applicatons such as Battery Paste, starch cooking, smokeless powder, cookie dough, Epoxy moulding compound.
